Here at Chalk & Winters Co, we will make your whole experience magical, we will start with discussing ideas and themes, we will be on hand through the whole process, even for the tinniest of details, working with venues and vendors, whatever you need for peace of mind.
If we are planning your whole event, whether that is a wedding, corporate event or birthday, one of our consultants will have an initial meeting with you to gather ideas or pins from your Pinterest to put together mood boards for colour schemes and themes.
The initial consultation is £40.00 and this will be taken off your invoice if you book with us, once we have a date booked in, the planning starts to turn your dream into a reality.

Our packages:
The Manor Package
Proposals, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, these are just a few private events that will best suit this package.
By hiring us, we can relieve the stress and allow you to enjoy the event and feel confident that every little detail has been taken care of.
We provide:
- 15 hours of personalised time
- Initial consultation
- Sourcing the perfect venue
- Sourcing and coordinating with vendors (caterers, entertainment, décor, cakes, transportation etc)
- Tasting menu if there is a sit-down meal and table plans.
- Budget management
- RSVP management for guests
- Unlimited email support
This service is priced at 10% of your budget, a minimum fee applies.
If you wish for additional hours, these are charged at £50 an hour.
Our packages:
The Castle Package
Cooperate events, small weddings, larger more elaborate gatherings with a higher level of logistics, are best suited to this package.
We provide:
- Initial consultation
- Design board creation, personalised to the event
- Suggestions on timelines for the event
- Sourcing a venue
- Sourcing and coordinating vendors, (caterers, photographers, florists, décor, cake makers, entertainment, transportation etc)
- Budget management
- Timeline for the day which is communicated to all involved
- Taste testing of menu for sit down meal
- RSVP management for guests
- Table plans and floor plans
- Unlimited email and phone support
- 30 hours planning, organising and research
If you wish for additional hours, these are charged at £50 an hour.
This service is priced at 10-15% of your budget, this all depends on size and logistics of the event, a minimum fee applies.

The Palace Package
The Palace Package is our bespoke, luxury full wedding planning service, this is best suited to couples who feel they need our comprehensive design service to help build their dream day from the ground up.
Before planning starts an initial consultation will take place to gather your ideas and wishes for the day, we can work collaboratively to develop the perfect concept using your ideas, our creativity and our treasured relationships with our network of talented wedding vendors that help bring the vision to life.
This package also includes a built in 2-hour meeting with an independent travel agent to help plan your desired honeymoon.
Every detail is catered for in this package.
We provide:
- Initial consultation
- Mood board created from ideas given at the initial consultation to help the staging process
- Sourcing of the perfect venue or venues
- Wedding vendor sourcing and coordination (wedding attire, bridal gown, entertainment, transportation, décor, cake maker, stationery, jewellery, hairdresser, makeup artist, etc)
- Consultations with suppliers
- Work with you to produce timeline for the day which will be communicated to all involved
- Face to face meeting with unlimited email and phone support to keep everyone up to date
- Budget management
- Accommodation arranged for guests
- RSVP management for guests
- Organise rehearsal dinner
- Honeymoon planning with our independent travel agent
- Finalise a floor plan and create checklist
- Table plan and seating arrangements
- Problem solving and contingency plans in place
- Wedding day coordination ensuring vendors are on time and the wedding flows, even down to arranging brides’ gown before she takes the most exciting walk of her life
- 50 hours of planning, organisation, coordination and researching
If you wish for additional hours, these are charged at £50 an hour
This service is priced at 10-15% of your wedding budget, this all depends on size and logistics of your day. A minimum fee applies.
